Canadian National Railway Has Begun The Process Of Ending 115 Miles Of Trackage Rights

CN - Northernmost Point on North American Rail Network to Lose Service

Canadian National Railway has begun the process of ending 115 miles of trackage rights.

The move will allow BNSF to deliver coal trains from the Powder River Basin to Washington.

The Cardinal Sunset Limited and Texas Eagle were the Amtrak trains experiencing delays.

The current railheads or endpoints of the rail network are in the north at Hay River Northwest Territories.

Instead, I had to add a small but significant caveat: I would visit the southernmost northernmost point on the North American rail network.

The North American Rail Network (NARN) can be used within the public, the federal government, the rail industry, and state DOTs.
