Delta Airlines customers are reporting widespread problems with online flight bookings, with many encountering errors and payment issues. One customer, identified only as WEB, has described their experience trying to book flights from Dublin to Las Vegas through the Delta website. Despite multiple attempts, the transaction fails at the point of charging their card.
Another customer reported that they made an online booking over 30 hours ago and paid close to $3,000. However, they received an error message at the end of the transaction and have been unable to complete the booking.
Delta Airlines has not yet commented on the reported issues. Customers are advised to contact the airline directly for assistance with bookings and any inquiries related to payment problems.
